Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Job Description:

Fairfield Marriott seeks a dedicated and proactive Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a great start to their day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Breakfast Items for the buffet

- Prepare and set up the breakfast area to ensure it is inviting and ready by the designated time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving areas.
- Monitor food levels and replenish buffet items promptly to ensure a variety of offerings throughout breakfast hours.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Assist in the cleaning and breakdown of the breakfast area after service, ensuring all standards are met for future shifts.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting duties.
