The Breakfast Attendant is primarily responsible for creating a lasting impression on guests who interact with them in the dining and other areas of the property. Responsibilities: • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment. • Monitor food inventory, place orders, and receive shipments to ensure sufficient stock levels. • Prepare and serve food in a timely manner according to brand and health standards. • Greet all guests in a welcoming manner in common areas. • Assist in other areas of the hotel operations as needed to support the team.
