The Breakfast Attendant is primarily responsible for creating a lasting impression on guests who interact with them in the dining and other areas of the property. Responsibilities: • Assist in other areas of the hotel operations as needed to support the team. • Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen. • Prepare and serve food in a timely manner according to brand and health standards. • Follow all health and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment. • Monitor food inventory, place orders, and receive shipments to ensure sufficient stock levels. Qualifications: • Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
