Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that food, beverages, and table settings are ready.
- Monitor food and beverage supplies and replenish items as needed to maintain service standards throughout the breakfast service.
- Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Assist guests with special requests or dietary requirements, offering suggestions and accommodations as necessary.
- Provide information about menu items, and effectively handle guest inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation and presentation of food.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of the breakfast area after service.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
