    We are seeking a friendly and attentive Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role involves preparing and serving breakfast to hotel guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and guest satisfaction. Previous experience in food preparation, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and customer service skills within a dynamic hotel environment.

    Duties

    Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and appealing

    Serve hot and cold breakfast items to guests in a courteous and efficient manner

    Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces

    Assist with food preparation tasks such as heating, slicing, assembling, or plating breakfast items as needed

    Replenish supplies and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed according to food safety standards

    Provide excellent guest service by addressing inquiries, accommodating special dietary needs, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

    Support catering or banquet functions if required, including setup and breakdown of breakfast events

    Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards

    Skills

    Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is advantageous

    Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members

    Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols

    Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent guest relations skills

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

    Flexibility to assist with meal preparation, bussing, cleaning, or other duties as required

    Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling standards is a plus

    Professional appearance and good phone etiquette for guest interactions
