    Overview

    We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Breakfast Cook to join our morning team. This role is focused on the "front-line" of our kitchen—handling the morning rush and staying productive with culinary prep once service slows down. You will be responsible for consistent meal execution and ensuring the kitchen is prepped and organized for the rest of the day.

    Key Responsibilities

    Breakfast Service: Prepare made-to-order dishes and maintain the breakfast buffet to hotel quality standards.

    Daily Prep: Work through assigned prep lists (chopping, portioning, and sauce making) to set up the kitchen for the following shifts.

    Station Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and sanitized throughout the shift and perform a thorough breakdown of the breakfast line.

    Food Safety: Adhere to all health department regulations, including proper food storage, labeling, and temperature logging.

    Team Support: Communicate effectively with servers and fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.

    Requirements

    Experience: Previous experience on a breakfast line or prep.

    Schedule: Reliability for early morning shifts (typically starting at 5am) is essential.

    Skills: Basic cooking knowledge

    Banquet Support: Ability to assist in the cooking and preparation of banquet, catering and event orders as needed.

    Stamina: Ability to stand, move quickly, and lift up to 35lbs during the shift.
