Job Description:

Geaux Fresh Convenience Market is seeking a motivated and dependable Fry Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, ensuring quality and consistency in every meal. This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a busy, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and customer orders.

Ensure all food items are cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen area.

Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.

Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed.

Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a fry cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Must be able to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Availability:

Must be available to work 7 days a week between the hours of 3:30 AM and 5PM .Position will be scheduled 40 hours a week. This position will be scheduled a mixture of 3:30AM-11:30AM and 9AM-5PM shifts.

Flexible scheduling within these hours will be required, with rotating shifts.
