Essential Functions

The Breakfast Server can take orders and handle all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.
In addition to performing vital functions, this position may require a combination of other supportive tasks, as determined by the F&B Manager based on the inn's particular requirements.
Other duties include cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or General Education degree.
Fine Dining experience preferred.
Maturity and the ability to perform well under pressure are required.
Physical Demands: An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The employee is frequently expected to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs comfortably, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally requires the ability to lift products and supplies of up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
