You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities: • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner • Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours • Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Food service industry experience is highly desired • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers • Must be able to stand for on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $12 - hourly
