We're looking for a morning person with a passion for breakfast to provide our guests with a memorable experience to start their day. As our Morning Host, you will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning while ensuring that fruits, bread, yogurt, toppings, and bakery items are well stocked. Additional responsibilities include refilling coffee & juice stations as needed or requested, removing used dishes and utensils as guests are finished, and light food prep for the following day. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and has experience working in a food service role. We are looking for creative individuals who like to bake and would want to add their own twists to our breakfast offering. Responsibilities: • Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations • Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed • Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
