About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to perfection.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Assist in food presentation to enhance guest experience.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from customers.

Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow cooks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Passion for food and a commitment to quality and presentation.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
