    WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

    We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping to drive revenue growth for the company. SDRs who establish high performance and strong representations of Breakout's core values will have potential for new challenges and career advancement within sales. 

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    • Generate 12 to 15 qualified meetings per month through outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and strategic campaigns
    • Research target accounts and develop a plan for connecting with them
    • Qualify outbound leads based on whether their company is a good fit for Breakout
    • You will curious about HR trends and understand how we can help HR professionals build amazing distributed cultures
    • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to assess their needs and determine how our product or service can meet those needs
    • Develop a strong demo pipeline for our Account Executive via phone and email communications
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute a sales strategy
    • Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM system
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Continue to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, selling into HR preferred 
    • Demonstrable experience and proficiency in high pressure, competitive situations
    • Ability to think on your feet in conversations and answer unexpected questions with ease
    • Not afraid of cold calling
    • Demonstrated empathy for customer struggles and challenges
    • Resilient in the face of objections and rejection
    • Passionate about sales, sales processes, and company culture
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Easily build rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
    • Willingness to try new concepts and open to coaching
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficiency with sales technology, Hubspot and LinkedIn preferred

      • Base: $45K - $50K, plus commission
