We are hiring experienced sales executives who will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to clients in order to help them achieve financial freedom and improve their lives. We are looking for representatives who have had experience within, but not limited to the financial services industry including mortgage, banking, bankruptcy, finance, student loan, tax relief, debt settlement and validation solutions by phone.

All sales reps start with an hourly draw of approximately $16.50 to start plus performance-based commissions. There is huge growth potential for each and every one of our employees and we also offer weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses.

We're Looking for Candidates With:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Be ready to surpass your weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Background in Finance, Banking, Student Loans, Bankruptcy or Debt Settlement (Not Required)
- An outgoing and confident attitude
- Have an articulate/clear telephone voice
- Basic computer skills
- Must be a team player with a friendly demeanor
- The ability to develop rapport and build trust
- The ability to perform in a competitive environment in which peers encourage you to work harder
- The ability to handle rejection
Compensation: $16.30 hourly rate to start plus a performance-based commission. Average monthly income is around $8,000 for starters. Rates are subject to change.
Schedule: Typical hours are Monday to Friday with the opportunity to move up and work earlier or later hours based off of performance.
