We are looking for someone who has a lot of experience in TV advertising.

You need to be experienced in TV ads for startups. We are trying to break into TV advertising and we want to test this channel. After testing, we want to scale up TV ads. Your experience should be mainly in TV ads.

You also need to be experienced in helping us figure out what commercials/direct response infomercials to repurpose/create for TV and how to make them as good as they can be to convert on TV. You need to know what works on TV and what doesn't work.
