  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required.
    • Possesses and maintains current Board Certification or Board eligible within General Surgery required with a focus on breast surgery and a passion for comprehensive, patient centered breast care
    • New graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply
    • Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
    • Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS-affiliated acute care facility.
    • Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
    • Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.

    • Annual Salary: Starting at $446,000, with total compensation potential aligned with experience, training, and MGMA/SullivanCotter benchmarks

    • Generous sign-on package, including your choice of:

    1. $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or
    2. $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year
    • Relocation assistance up to $10,000
