  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for support of perinatal lactation services care to patients in the Perinatal Units. These services will include feedback on prenatal education, inpatient lactation education and patient consultations. In addition, this role requires direct patient contact in appropriate clinical areas.

    Required Skills

    • Experience in lactation patient support and education
    • Experience in documentation and Model Hospital processes preferred
    • Experience in inpatient OB setting with breastfeeding.
    • VIP certification within three months of employment
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

    Required Experience

    • IBCLE
    • BLS
    • L.A. City Fire card within 6 months of employment
  • Qualifications
    • Experience in lactation patient support and education
