    We are always looking for hard-working, creative, reliable and positive candidates to join our amazing team. At this time, we are seeking an Administrator with a focus on social media who can create content and implement marketing initiatives. Must be a hungry, enthusiastic, friendly go-getter who enjoys social media promotions. Only qualified candidates currently living within our community will be considered. 

    • Create and maintain social media postings on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Google. Some Experience/Knowledge preferred.
    • Provide executive level administrative support and personal assistance to our real estate brokers and staff.
    • Greet guests/clients in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Be punctual and reliable in attendance during scheduled office hours.
    • Create and distribute print and electronic marketing material. Experience in Adobe InDesign is a plus not required.
    • Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
    • Process new listings, price changes, under contract/pending listings using Sky Slope Software. (will train)
    • Process incoming real estate leads and distribute accordingly.
    • Process incoming/outgoing calls, e-mail, mail.
    • Schedule showings for brokers using Showing Time software. (will train)
    • Order and restock office supplies; maintain the office supply storage areas and reorganize as needed.
    • Responsible for office opening/closing checklist procedures_._
    • Assist in maintaining a specific schedule for the use of our Summit Foundation medallions, and responsible for checking them in/out.
    • Complete special projects as requested in a timely manner.
    • High level attention to detail and organizational skills required.
    • Flexibility in covering shifts for the front desk when needed due to vacation or personal leave of other staff members.
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasking high energy environment a must.
