Qualifications: • You are heroic, dynamic, and empathetic. • By heroic, we mean that you see your legal education as a tool to help people create the lives that they desire. • By dynamic, we mean that you are a high-energy professional who uses your talent and drive to serve clients – you know what is at stake, and this isn’t just a job to you. • By empathetic, we mean that clients say that you truly care about their cases, respond to their concerns, and help them achieve their goals. • You have at least 3 years of substantive, successful first-chair family law experience in Wake County or similar jurisdiction. • You are comfortable working in a team environment with clear standards for work products, case timelines, timely communication with clients, and attorney timekeeping. • You are prepared to serve as a director/conductor/quarterback for your caseload, supervising the efforts of legal and administrative staff for the good of clients. Hiring Requirements: • Valid North Carolina law license. • At least three years of successful family law experience, preferably in North Carolina. • Demonstrated interest in family law. • Valid North Carolina Notary Public, or ability to obtain it immediately. • Three professional references. Compensation: $150,000 yearly
