Starting Salary: $75,000 + Competitive Benefits Package
Hours: 9-5pm Monday-Friday with 30 minute lunch break and 2x 15 minute breaks throughout the day

Upon 30 days of employment, all employees are eligible for:
- Up to 3 days of Sick Leave per year, with an accumulation rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked
Pending a 90 day probationary period, all full-time employees are eligible for:
- $50/monthly cell phone bill reimbursement

- 5 Paid Vacation Days/Year, with a 5 day increase on the year anniversary of employment

About Breeze Distro & the position:
We are a team of Black, POC, woman and queer professionals providing full spectrum cannabis supply chain management. We manage a house of brands that uplifts and resonates within Black and brown communities while building inclusive supply chains to ensure participation from underrepresented groups.
Our team brings products from cultivation sites to the retail space. We create channels to market, establishing and maintaining relationships throughout the entire sequence of sales and distribution. The Sales Account Executive position will be a crucial and integral part of developing, growing and maintaining these relationships.

Things You Might Work On
- Work collaboratively with the production, marketing and executive team to execute and improve our sales strategy
- Work with production, marketing and executive team to set and accomplish clear weekly & monthly goals
- Use tools such as a CRM, Asana, and Excel to manage inbound leads and drive new leads though outbound calls/emails to targeted accounts, as well as manage engagement of current accounts and ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and organized manner
- Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed, including resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
- Test different outreach methods (email subject lines, value propositions, etc) to find the best ones that work for you
- Visit prospective and existing clients to deliver samples and for information collection
- Work with executive team to develop and write sales & account management templates and SOPs
- Produce weekly sales reports
Desired Experience
- Previous sales experience and/or account management experience
- Comfort on the phone, strong email writing skills, and happy to handle objections
- Previous CRM experience
- Experience in the cannabis industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with GSuite, Dropbox, and Asana
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to and willing to travel frequently
- Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
