RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize our advanced Auto Dialer to turn leads into applications
• Build strong rapport with leads and clients and “make friends on the phone”
• Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective borrowers
• Examine borrowers applications and evaluate credit qualification
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Follow up with clients using multiple contact strategies
• Cultivate your referral network to locate prospective borrowers

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Be a self-motivated problem-solver
• Excellent phone sales ability, not just a talker but a converter
• Thorough and high in attention to detail
• Tech savvy
• Ability to multitask and handle heavy inbound/outbound call volume
• Team player and open to developmental support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience in Sales or Loan Origination: 1 year (REQUIRED)
• NMLS, MLO License (REQUIRED)

COMPENSATION

• $50,000 - $250,000 per year
• Base + top tier commission + Bonuses

DETAILS

• This position is NOT REMOTE. Daily commute to Laguna Hills required.
• Monday-Friday, no weekends.
• 8 hour shifts
• Overtime available, not required
