Job Description
HR INTERNAL RECRUITER We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team,and manage BreezLyte’s recruitment needs. This includes working with hiring managers, sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, assisting in the interviewing process, reference checking, and evaluating potential candidates. This an excellent opportunity for a motivated, intelligent individual to learn various aspects of N95 Medical Quality mask fabrication and secure a long-term career with growth potential. Ultimately, this individual will play a critical role in building a strong brand for BreezLyte and ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design and/or update job descriptions
· Source potential candidates from various online web sites including both social media and professional platforms
· Craft recruiting emails to attract candidates not currently looking for a job change
· Sourcing candidates online, job boards, and county work programs
· Experience with job interview formats such as phone screenings and group interviews
· Screen incoming resumes to filter the best candidates for the hiring manager.
· Review submitted BreezLyte application forms for completeness
· Initial interview of candidates via phone or video conferencing
· Develop programs to encourage employees to promote open job positions
· Provide lists of only qualified candidates to individual hiring managers
· Coordinate times for phone screens and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
· Prepare a database including time to hire and source of hire for all open positions
· Reports to the GM of Operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Fluent in English is Required, Spanish is a plus
· Knowledge and extensive experience of business sectors including: operations, production, manufacturing, facilities, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, etc.
· Previous experience in recruiting in the above business sectors
· Ability to work from home or office with minimal supervision and can produce hiring results
· Minimum experience of 5+ years as a proven HR Recruiter or similar role
· Experience with sourcing techniques and referral programs
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
· Authorized to work in U.S. with ability to pass a D.O.D. background check
· Must have valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
· Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
· Highly Motivated Self Starter, Responsible, Reliable and Punctual
· Team player and excellent on time work performance
· Fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Sound judgement
· BSc in Human Resources Management, BS in Business Management or related field

We are a startup organization located in Vacaville, CA producing medical quality N95 masks. we urgently have needs for many positions in the operation to assist us in the NIOSH certification and to then launch a large production operation. Candidates MUST have experience in talent acquisition for Production and Manufacturing Operations positions.
