Available Shifts: Second and Third Shift

Starting Salary: $18.85 + Additional Pay for Working Different Shifts

Shift Differential:

Second Shift: $1 per hour

Third Shift: $0.50 per hour

Salary Increase After 60 Days of Perfect Attendance

Salary Increase at 6 Months:

$21.15 per hour

Salary Increase at 12 Months:

$22.77 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage CNC machinery operations

• Assess and adjust machinery speeds and feeds based on job orders

• Arrange tooling in machines as per instructions and job orders; replace drills and other components as necessary

• Load and unload materials onto/from the machine

• Inspect finished pieces for defects using visual examination and basic measuring tools

• Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery

• Communicate with supervisors and maintenance team members

• Apply fundamental mathematical principles in a workshop setting

• Adhere to safety standards and protocols

• Performing machine setups for production runs
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Demonstrating mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with deburring
• Prior packaging experience

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• Calipers and Micrometers
• Industrial Robot
