PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. Actively builds a strong candidate pipeline, identifying and recruiting candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 2-4 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience
- 2-4 years of sourcing experience
- Performs work under general supervision
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 or more years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience
- 5 or more years of sourcing experience
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Proficient time management skills
- Proficient knowledge of data analysis, development of key performance indicators, and reporting
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Posting jobs and managing the flow of applicants timely
- Build and manage relationships with potential candidates to ensure a viable talent pipeline. Connect with talent prospects regularly to ensure they are engaged with the organization’s brand until the right role is available
- Develop creative recruiting and talent strategies to attract qualified, diverse candidates
- Responsible for recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source quality, interviews to hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate
- Schedules interviews and coordinates interviewers or panels
- Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
- Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates
- Review and assesses applicants’ education, experience, training, and other qualifications
- Document candidate communications in alignment with defined requirements and inform the appropriate stakeholders of material updates in the recruiting process
- Understanding recruiting biases and providing leadership with adverse impact metrics.

- The ability to speak clearly and politely to customers, vendors, management, and colleagues when conveying information, using correct grammar when speaking and not using slang terms; and targeting the amount, style, and content of the information to the needs of the receiver.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Capable of working extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if and when the position requires it.
- Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.
- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day.
- Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail-oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
- Must have finger dexterity for holding objects, typing, etc.
