Brent Industries is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will undertake and assist in a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within our organization run smoothly. The Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, trustworthy, and a reliable individual willing to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Reconcile banking information to verify deposits/withdrawals are recorded accurately
Reconcile vendor statements and invoices
Answer phones and take messages
Manage mail correspondence
Greet customers and visitors
Perform data entry and filing tasks
Manage inventory of office supplies
Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Serve as primary backup to the Office Manager
Required Skills and Experience
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus
Administrative or clerical experience preferred
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Basic math skills
Starting pay based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
