A Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSR) at Brent Industries is responsible for handling customer request of all levels, predominately within the Aftermarket Powersports Industry. They will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and/or resolving customer order issues by utilizing a thorough knowledge of company policies and products.

Responsibilities

Full-Time Position, during business hours (8:00 am – 8:00 PM M-TR, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm F)

Available to work weekends & holidays on a rotational basis

Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently, and with great communication skills

Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established policies and procedures

Work closely with team members to resolve customer disputes

Work with vendors to resolve potential quality/fulfillment issues

Provide Timely feedback to the sales team regarding service failures or customer concerns

Provide feedback and continual improvement to Sales/Service strategies

Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth

Experience with general mechanical knowledge of Powersports (ATVs, Side by Sides, Snowmobiles) or Automotive Industry is preferred

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on phone communication

Experience with E-Commerce & E-Commerce platforms

Powersports expertise or Powersports parts & accessories knowledge
