JOB DESCRIPTION – CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE

At Brentwood Builders we construct, execute the design, and remodel any space to meet the needs of our clients. Within our designated market, we are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Construction Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate will have experience in construction sales or outside sales experience. If you are in Sales and comfortable going to people’s homes this is the career for you.

DUTIES:

• New business prospecting and development
• Responsible for estimating the job per our pricing method
• Presenting the solution to the client and closing the sale
• Establish build and maintain client relationship, by telephone, written correspondence, and personal contact
• Increase sales through cold call customers, professional telephone presentation, persistence, knowledge of target customers and relationship-based sales techniques
• Meet or exceed sales revenue goals

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous sales or related experience in Construction- A PLUS
• Bilingual
• Must have closing experience
• Must be exceptionally self-disciplined
• Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player
• Always maintain a professional business appearance
• Must understand construction methods
• Proficient understanding of construction document layout and detailing
• Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes
• Willing and comfortable to make cold calls
• Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
