    Our PE-backed financial services client is experiencing strong growth and seeking an experienced Loan Originations Supervisor to join their entrepreneurial team. This hands-on role is a newly created position that will collaborate with outside sales teams and business partners to ensure a continuous flow of work through high-touch customer service interactions. In addition, the Loan Originations Supervisor will manage the inflow of loan applications, including making critical decisions on accepting the loan as is, or requesting modifications to mitigate the risk for our client. Reporting to the Credit Manager the Loan Processing Manager will also work closely with other leaders within the organization including the Funding Manager and the CFO.     What You’ll Tackle:

    • Oversee and guide the efforts of the company’s sales representatives
    • Build rapport with dealership personnel through onsite visits and ongoing communications, in concert with the sales representatives’ efforts
    • Work with the Credit Manager in scheduling loan application decisioning responsibilities, including performing loan buying duties directly
    • Ensure that activities are performed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Other duties may be assigned

     

    What’s Needed to Win

    • 5+ years’ experience purchasing auto loans
    • Ability to work on all aspects of automotive loan transactions
    • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word
    • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
    • Great attitude with high-energy personality
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Professional appearance and work ethic
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
    • Previous dealership F&I experience is a plus
    • Strong working knowledge of industry lending and internal lending policies and products
