Our client also operates two “Community Brands” which are hyper-supportive networks designed to help members succeed and win. Our client consistently produces substantive, informative, and inspirational written, audio and video content that motivates former athletes and professionals to leverage their social capital and “pay it forward”.

    What You Will Tackle:

    ·Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns, content, and postings to ensure client brands and related communities grow in authentic and impactful ways, across various social media channels for maximum engagement.

    ·Manage the digital media strategy, to be focused on LinkedIn with additional focus on Instagram, podcasts, live streaming via Zoom and occasionally YouTube.

    ·Intelligently connect with other great professionals while elevating and depicting our client’s experience as industry experts in the nonprofit ecosystem.

    ·Manage and copy write all email campaigns related to brands via MailChimp, as needed.

    ·Ensure each brand’s identity is reflected through captivating content, ensuring consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology, in order to mirror our client’s vision and ethos, which is about helping others be the best and do the most good.

    ·Facilitate the scaling of client brands’ community of professional followers by increasing engagement and awareness through storytelling across various social media channels, including LinkedIn/ IG/ Website/ Coaching (through Zoom streaming), while continuing to reinforce we are high-level experts in this industry.

    ·Cross-promote our client’s charitable celebrity client brands to help their initiatives and brands grow and in doing so, raising awareness for client brands.

    ·Repost captivating content of clients and members in the Community Brands in order to amplify our client’s overall brand and Community Brands.

    ·Moderate all aspects of social media community interactions to ensure a fun, lively, and inspirational experience.

    ·Create actionable plans (with the CEO and other relevant team members) for social media growth of brands in order to acquire new clients, community followers, and speaking opportunities.

    ·Ensure, measure progress and report to the CEO on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others to measure client brand client acquisition and follower growth success.

    ·Create, manage and implement an editorial calendar, which includes monthly social media objectives and initiatives for each brand.

    ·Attend weekly strategy sessions with primary stakeholders on client brand teams.

     

    What is Needed to Win:

    ·Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field

    ·5+ years of social media and communication management experience in a B2B environment, having successfully built a professional’s personal brand

    ·Demonstrated success developing engaging B2B campaigns that appeal to business professionals that have resulted in new client acquisition

    ·Excellent organizer, creative, connector, great bedside manner with clients, willing to think on feet, fun, up to date on meaningful brand’s success and why

    ·Passionate about helping others win and making them their best and doing good

    ·Understanding a business professional’s mindset and what motivates them to take action

    ·Strong knowledge of LinkedIn (building a following, and engaging with followers)

    ·Analytical; lover of data; strong knowledge of Google Analytics

    ·Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot

    ·Excellent written communication skills (elegance to inspirational)

    ·Digital native; strong software skills

    ·Responsive, timely, multi-tasker

    ·Demonstrated success in building online communities for brands through the publishing of meaningful content that moves people

    ·Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and how to successfully partner with other brands and celebrities to cross-promote content

    ·Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of stakeholders and simultaneously work towards multiple initiatives at once
