    What You’ll Tackle:

    • Build strong, trusted relationships with business leader physicians and employees to be able to influence and impact business decisions and change management
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure robust business operational practices that encourage business efficiency, including bringing best practices in HR operations
    • Communications with outside vendors, including facility management, to resolve any issues or inquiring in a timely manner
    • Full cycle HR responsibilities from recruitment, coordinating interviews, extending offers, onboarding, training, benefits administration (including 401k review), employee relations, performance management overview and coordination, transitions out, as well as handbooks and policies
    • Handing all employee relations issues including any escalations and legal filings
    • Facility and operations coordination, ensuring overall upkeep and maintenance
    • Identifying HR needs, trends and requirements to ensure HR remains relevant to our business. Partner with business leaders to interpret the analysis of identified trends and to support the implementation of new strategies to address themes identified
    • Serve as a culture ambassador for the company by identifying and implementing employee recognition programs, team building opportunities, and engagement efforts that promotes workplace positivity and retention, including holiday and annual events
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service escalations, and resolve any issues in a timely and with favorable outcomes for all parties
    • Additional administrative duties, as needed, including supplies purchasing

     

    What It Takes:

    • 5+ years’ experience in a broad-based HR / operations role, ideally in a stand-alone role, and in a fast-paced, growth environment, with at least 50 employees
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • HR certification, SHRM qualification or equivalent experience (preferred)
    • Experience in a high level, high touch professional services environment
    • Professional business qualifications such as project management and data analysis (highly desired)
    • Strong, impactful, timely, and persuasive communication skills to influence and coach employees at all levels across the organization in order to improve capability, performance, and decision making
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience making improvements to operational processes, a strong plus
    • Experience of implementing employee engagement strategies, a strong plus
    • Experience interfacing with and presenting to team members, managers and business leaders at all levels of an organization
