    Our team seeks an accomplished HR Generalist to support all pillars of the People and Organizational Development function, including all departmental administrative, reporting, operational, and project tasking as assigned. This role will support the daily functions of the HR department, including all facets of the talent acquisition process, budget tracking, administering onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and leave, employee and labor relations, and enforcing company policies and practices while acting as a role model, reflecting the company culture, values and behaviors. The HRG will also provide all HR analytics, data tracking, and reporting generation to support continuous improvement. The HR Generalist will also spearhead and support both global and regional HR implementations and rollouts and own the compliance function, with the oversight of the HRBP.

    What You’ll Tackle:

    • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.

    • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.

    • Respond to human resources-related inquiries.

    • Drive all facets of talent acquisition, including agency partner management, interviewing, hiring, coordinating, job requisitions, offer letters, etc.

    • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.

    • Administer new employee onboarding and training.

    • Support employee talent management & development processes while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.

    • Support and drive employee engagement, retention, development, training, and culture & values initiatives.

    • Collaborate with the Global People & Org Development team and Business Unit Leaders to develop effective recruitment and retention strategies, build Employer Value Propositions, and build our Client as an Employer of Choice.

    • Identify and forecast future staffing levels, assist with budget and forecasting preparation and strategy.

    • Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions to support the department manager.

    • Maintain employee personnel records.

    • Conduct exit interviews, track trends and recommend strategic initiatives to retain and attract talent.

    • All other duties as assigned.


    What’s Needed to Win:

    • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree, preferred

    • 2+ years of experience operating in the Human Resource function as a Coordinator, Administrator, or Generalist with a broad background in supporting multiple HR functional areas.

    • PHR, aPHR, SHRM CP, preferred

    • Strong business acumen and an interest in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting

    • Strong data and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making

    • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

    • Experience using Tableau or PowerBI, preferred

    • Good judgement and decision-making ability, strong presence and communication adeptness at all levels of the organization

    • Can maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality, as well as ability to remain unbiased in all situations

    Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
