    Our Client is seeking a powerhouse of a Social Media and Communications Manager to oversee the brands’ image and impact across all relevant social media and virtual platforms.

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and content to ensure growth and maximum engagement with our brands and their related communities.
    • Facilitate the scaling of a community of professional followers through interactions across a wide variety of online platforms including podcasts, streaming, video conferences and more.
    • Oversee and copywrite all email campaigns via MailChimp
    • Curate and bolster each brand’s sub-identity through great content and consistency in copy through specific tone and voice.
    • Leverage celebrity charity Client brand partnerships to bolster their campaigns and brands in tandem with our own.
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between the community and our brands to ensure a fun, lively, inspirational experience.
    • Create actionable plans for social media growth of our brands to expand clientele and community followers.
    • Ensure and measure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly social media objectives and initiatives for each brand.
    • Weekly strategy sessions with main stakeholders from each brand’s teams.

    What’s Needed to Win

    • 3 to 5 years of social media management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field.
    • Excellent organizer, creative, a connector, ability to think on your feet, fun, up to date on other brand’s success and why. Industry passionate.
    • Responsive, timely, multi-tasker.
    • Experience and success building a brand around a business professional’s vision.
    • Successfully developed and conducted campaigns that appeal to business professionals.
    • Experience building communities and creating meaningful content that moves people.
    • In depth knowledge of LinkedIn communications and tools.
    • Enthusiasm for data and knowledge of Google Analytics desired.
    • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly partner with outside brands and celebrities to push content.
    • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of stakeholders and simultaneously work toward many initiatives at once.
