The General Utility Worker is an entry-level position and is perfect for anyone looking for summer work. This role affords the opportunity to explore many different aspects of working in the brewery and working cross-functionally with several teams. They support and learn from our packaging, cellar, and brewing teams. Come spend the summer with BDK! Position Summary: This entry-level position will perform manual labor and semi-skilled tasks to support our production team in packaging, cellar, and brewing as needed. This job requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. Examples of Duties: Assist Production Team in loading empty bottles onto the bottling line, moving boxes of labels/bottle caps, operating bottling or canning line, and other production tasks Assist Cellar Team with tank cleaning, tank transfers, and other cellar tasks Assist Brewing Team in gathering brewing supplies, weighing ingredients, lifting and pouring sugar, and other brewing tasks Assist the team and team leaders with various tasks throughout the day.
