Job Description: Commercial Service Plumber
Brewer Enterprises LLC is part of the family of Brewer Companies - providing plumbing services to new construction, commercial, and residential. With over 300employees, we provide services to customers large and small. We have locations in Phoenix and Tucson areas and planned expansion in many areas of the Southwest.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing services and possess a high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
FULLYSKILLED COMMERCIAL PLUMBER – Including service work with jobs such as heavy industrial, restaurant, hotel, apartments, hospitals, and other applications.
Responsibilities:
- Pipe Removal, repair, and all aspects of pipework for gas, water, drain, and waste
- Boiler repair
- All other aspects of commercial service plumbing
- Ability to problem solve when solutions to difficult problems are not readily apparent
- Communicate directly and effectively with customers
- Good communication skills to comfortably deal with all types of customers in sometimes difficult situations
- Ability to fully explain work in progress and completion timeframes
- Manage job sites and work in progress
- Track and stock inventory of parts
- Complete accurate billing and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed jobs, including materials used, labor hours, and any additional notes or recommendations
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Requirements:
- Ability to pass insurance screening with an acceptable driving record
- Use company-provided devices and apps to complete weekly Hot-Spot and Safety Trainings
- Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools. All maintenance and fuel cost are paid for by the company
- Must have a great attitude , professional appearance, and the ability to be on time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
