Job Summary

We are seeking a Brewer to join our team! As a Brewer with us, you will be working each day to monitor current batches of brewed liquids, create new recipes or tweak existing recipes to make a delicious final product, and manage the various stages of brewing, including boiling, milling, cultivating yeast, and more. You will also work to maintain a clean, safe working environment, accept incoming deliveries, and maintain excellent records of all brews, inventory items, and recipe changes. The ideal candidate is passionate about brewing, has excellent attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor brews in various stages of completion, including handling the mash, fermentation, and more

Keep excellent records of brews, recipes, and final outcomes

Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following all company, state, and federal regulations for food handling and safety

Manage inventory needs and accept incoming shipments

Qualifications

Previous brewing experience desired

Strong attention to detail

The ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Strong analytical skills
