    Role Summary

    The Centralized Scheduling Coordinator holds the essential responsibility for managing scheduling information and providing informational and administrative support to the field management teams. This position is critical to the effectiveness of field operations and functions fundamentally as the scheduling backbone of production. Additionally, this position may provide the Design & Engineering staff with general administrative support and management with information and reporting.

    Organizational Relationships:

    The centralized scheduling coordinator reports directly to the centralized scheduling manager and interacts daily with BEI field management, BEI field crews, CFPI and builders. Key external contacts include builder scheduler or other administrative personnel, builder field supervision, vendors, and subcontractors.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and assign daily tasks for assigned territory and produce weekly plan
    • Coordinate schedule dates with builders
    • Schedules gas hookups & prewalks for CFPI
    • Functions as the administrative contact for builders and maintains relationship with scheduling personnel
    • Holds responsibility for builder and schedule issue resolution internal & external
    • Supports the field with job schedule information and reporting
    • Assists territory with EWO (extra work orders)
    • Assists territory and procurement team on extra material orders
    • Provides administrative support to supervisor and director
    • Provides information and regular reporting to Director and Executive Management

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Competence with builder scheduling processes and the functions of field information support
    • Ability to check, verify and troubleshoot scheduling issues and/or other project information issues
    • High degree of attention to detail and ability to organize vast amounts of information
    • Ability to directly and professionally interact with builder representatives and field personnel
    • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and work with various applications

    Preferred:

    • General understanding of plumbing operations, standards, and materials helpful
    • Background in Residential Construction administration including but not limited to Schedule processing
    • Strong oral and written communication skills essential
    • Strong skills with organizing, coordinating, and maintaining information essential
    • 3-5 years’ experience in administrative roles desired
