We’re looking for a dependable brewery technician helper to support daily production operations. This is a hands-on role focused on sanitation, material handling, and learning to operate a canning line. No prior brewery experience is required, but mechanical awareness, attention to detail, and reliability are non-negotiable. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn beverage production from the ground up. Primary Responsibilities
You’ll assist with day-to-day brewery and beverage production tasks, including:
Assisting with setup, operation, and teardown of the canning line (training provided)
Feeding cans, monitoring fills, checking seams, and keeping the line running smoothly
Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, lines, floors, drains, and equipment
General brewery housekeeping and organization
Moving raw materials, finished product, and supplies (kegs, cases, ingredients, packaging)
Assisting with basic production tasks such as batching, transfers, and packaging prep
Following safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures at all times
Training & Growth
Full training provided on canning line operation and brewery processes

Required Skills & Qualities
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
Basic mechanical aptitude (you don’t need to be an engineer, just not afraid of machines)
Attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a small team
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a wet, industrial environment
Comfortable working around hot liquids, pressurized systems, and machinery
Schedule & Environment
Production-based schedule (some days longer than others)
Indoor industrial environment with noise, moisture, and temperature variation
Experience
Brewery, beverage, food production, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
