We are seeking driven and dependable Resident Assistants (RAs) to join our tight-knit nursing team! Resident Assistants will significantly contribute to the health, well-being and quality of life of our residents by implementing care plans as part of a team of other nurses and nursing assistants, and under the direction of the registered nurse and/or physician. They are a key team member to ensure the highest quality of care is being delivered to our patients.

Resident Assistant Responsibilities:

Helps residents maintain a neat, orderly, and comfortable room by making beds, assisting with clothing, filling water pitcher, etc.

Assists residents in moving through the facility by pushing wheelchair.

Makes up unoccupied beds.

Responds to call lights to determine residents' needs.

Performs other duties as assigned.
