We are a busy but easy going Plastic Surgeons office looking for the right person to perform bookkeeping, credentialing, along with basic administrative duties. You will need to be a quick thinker, problem solver, a great researcher, effective communicator, extremely organized and be able to work closely with the office administrator and take direction well. Qualifications and Skills A working knowledge of QuickBooks online, with the ability to improve processes and procedures by identifying recurring issues or accounting shortfalls Ability to prioritize and multitask High attention to detail Ability to work and act independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of Word and Excel Excellent time management skills Research discrepancies, identify and solve problems Use sound judgment and discretion Work with confidentiality and respect for sensitive information Duties Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents. Document scanning . Complete varias types of contracts Maintain QuickBooks online . Basic HR knowledge Assist the administrator with various tasks as they arise . Keep administrator organized Required Experience - Would like 2+ years working Knowledge of QuickBooks online or extensive training - Previous medical administrative assistant experience a plus not necesssary This is not a medical front or back office position.
