Developing referrals for private pay home care

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated success in home health care or related sales prefer experience in private pay
• Competent organizational skills
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families, as well as all members of the health care team
• Competent in computer-based skills including internet, email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
• Polished presentation
• Experience calling on hospital case managers
• Clinical background a plus
