SALARY- $125,000 TO $150,000+ (BASED ON EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS)

SUMMARY

Our firm is in search of an experienced Ambulatory Surgical Center Administrator for an Ambulatory Surgical Center in Oregon located about 2 hours from Portland and an hour south of Salem. This location puts you an hour from the coast and an hour from the mountains! Excellent environment offering a unique work/ life experience.

The qualified candidate must come from an ASC setting and have Five to Eight years ASC leadership experience. This position reports to the CEO and you will have approximately 50 indirect reports.

This position is responsible for oversight of a physician owned four Operating Room center performing around 4300 outpatient orthopedic surgeries per year. Aspects of management include staffing, financial control, projects, recertification, credentialing, and other management duties as required. There are 28 Physicians employed here, with 23 of them being Ortho Surgeons

Reason open: Current Administrator is retiring. They would like to have their new hire in place before the end of the year or no later than March of 2019.

This is a AAAHC Accredited Surgery Center. Ortho specialty, privately held, excellent surgeons, outstanding QA program, have highly trained long term staff that knows how to work collaboratively as a team and a beautiful facility. Management has the support of medical advisory and governing body. A very stable company with a great reputation in the area. This facility does around 4500 surgeries per year, averaging about 18 per day.

REQUIREMENTS Following are the preferences our client has shared with us. Salary truly depends on the years of experience you have:

• A successful candidate for this position must have 5-8 years of ASC management experience.

• At least 2 years of which must have been at the highest level of management in an ASC.

• A Bachelors or Masters in healthcare administration or a related field and/or RN licensure is desired.

• You should have experience with budget responsibility. At this ASC you will be responsible for a 10 Million Dollar + budget.

• It is PREFERRED you are working in an ASC environment focused on Orthopedic Surgeries.

• Fully vested in own contribution and match immediately. Profit sharing subject to a vesting schedule.

• Profit Sharing- 6% of salary.
