    Looking to move to the middle of California? That perfect halfway point between Southern and Northern California? Do you have strong current NICU experience and ready to move up into a Manager role? Our client located in Stanislaus County, CA is in need of a RN Shift Manager for the Neonatal ICU unit. This is a FULL time DAYS position. Our client is a Level III NICU, providing one of the highest levels of care for newborns in the region.

    To be considered you should meet the following qualifications:

    • 3+ years Level III NICU experience
    • Charge nurse experience preferred
    • Our client will consider those with an Associate's degree or BSN

    Relocation allowance is possible for the right candidate.

    Salary is based on years of experience and STARTS at $ 99,000 and goes up quite considerably based on years of experience. Our client not only offers competitive pay, but also competitive benefits:

    You should also have the following to be considered:

    • CA RN license
    • BLS
    • NRP

    This position reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and collaborates with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patient’s needs are met. 

    Our client’s board-certified neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners are available around the clock. You will be joining a highly skilled NICU staff which includes a compassionate team of respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, ultrasonographers, dieticians and social workers.
