About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Construct, repair, and maintain brick structures, including walls, foundations.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
Mix mortar and other materials to ensure optimal adhesion and durability.
Utilize various tools and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to best practices.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency.
· Mix cement and mortar. · Lay Foundations. · Texture and polish bricks and blocks. · Install dressed brick and blocks. · Restore damaged bricks and blocks. · Assist in building layout. · Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic construction tasks. · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. · Train apprentices in masonry skills. · Must have own transportation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in the construction industry.
Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license or valid picture ID, reliable transportation a must.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
