Do you know your LEGO® parts so well you can spot a rare minifigure in a pile of bricks? Turn your passion for LEGO® into a job.
We are looking for a true LEGO® enthusiast to join the team as a Brick Specialist at Bricks & Minifigs Hamilton. In this role, you will work hands-on with thousands of LEGO parts, minifigures, and sets—sorting and identifying pieces, certifying sets for resale, rebuilding incomplete sets, and evaluating incoming collections. You’ll use tools like BrickLink to research parts, identify rare or valuable elements, and determine whether sets should be rebuilt for the shelves or parted out into our bulk tables. The ideal candidate has a deep familiarity with LEGO® elements and minifigures, can quickly recognize authentic LEGO® versus off-brand pieces, and enjoys the challenge of tracking down missing parts and uncovering rare finds. If you’re the kind of person who can recognize a minifigure torso from across the room, knows the difference between a plate and a tile without thinking twice, and loves diving into both modern and vintage LEGO sets, this is the perfect role to turn your hobby into a job.
