    We are new Co-working Service Space that allows freelance professionals, entrepreneurs and companies from different sectors to share the same workspace to develop their professional projects independently, while having the possibility of promoting joint projects. JOB DETAILS:

    We are looking to hire a Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate need to know how to make a story irresistible to journalists. He/She needs to be experienced in creating and implementing communication plans across different platforms and audiences. Posses a track record of delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary range: $39000 - $49000 per year.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
    • Prepare and submit PR reports
    • Address inquiries from the media and other parties
    • Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
    • Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company's spokesperson
    • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
    • Prepare and distribute press releases
    • Track media coverage and follow industry trends
    • Manage PR issues

    Requirements:

    • Associate's Degree in Public Relations, communication or related is an asset.
    • Previous relevant experience is a plus.
    • Possess good organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills- both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Have an above and beyond attitude
    • Must be organized and detail oriented
