Responsibilities: • Reaching out to leads on a daily basis • How to find buyers and sellers for real estate • What to say to them so you can help them buy or sell a home • How to present your services when you meet with them • what to do to make sure clients are qualified to work with you • How to negotiate a real estate deal for the best terms and price • What you need to know legally and ethically about representing clients • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file it in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals Qualifications: • Flexible availability • Previous experience in the real estate industry • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly
