YOUR ROLE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Initially, your role will include:

• Learning basic sales techniques
• Meeting with new customers | carrying out sales transactions | recording new customer information
• Learning how to develop an event and exceed sales targets set by our clients

Progression paths may include:

• Learning how to develop and manage a team
• Learning aspects of interviewing prospective candidates
• Learning how to plan meetings and run training sessions
• At the end of the training period, we then assign you a client portfolio to oversee and manage.

IMPORTANT: Because we are starting hired individuals at an entry-level, hands-on training will be provided. Therefore, there is no particular background required. However, interest in sales, marketing, business, and events is a plus.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

With our NEW EXPANSION, we are rapidly expanding and therefore looking to train a new Assistant Manager from scratch!

Sports and Business are connected in ways that you may not realize. As a sports captain and Sales Associate, we play the field in the same way. We win our game by meticulously developing ourselves, improving our skills and strengths through pure work ethic and learning from our failures.

As a result, we are looking for sports enthusiastic individuals with strong sporting qualities including team leadership, a competitive edge, team communication skills, and team integrity and grit to join our team.

Note: While experience is a bonus it is not essential, we are looking for outgoing, career-driven, confident individuals who have the drive and determination to be the best. Training will be provided for this position.
