Rosewood Consolidated is currently hiring an Entry Level Marketing Representative for an opening in their Marketing and Sales Department. Candidates eager to take on leadership responsibilities while learning entry-level marketing and sales are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Cultivating interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers

• Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

• Learn to build, recruit, and maintain all corporate team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Level: High School Diploma, GED

• 1 - 2 years sales experience preferred

• 1 - 2 years of face-to-face customer service

• Dependable transportation

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Telecommunications background desired
