We are in need of someone to host open-house properties in the area and show our rental listings to tenant prospects. This position involves assisting with putting out signs, lock boxes, and showing homes. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Help tenant prospects with refining their home criteria and show our additional matching rental listings • Promptly return all client calls, texts, and emails to uphold BricksFolios' standards of client service Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
