    We’re looking for a Bridges Foreman who is a proven leader, experienced in bridge construction, and passionate about safety, quality, and efficiency. This is your chance to play a key role in a transformative project that will shape the region’s future.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead daily field operations, ensuring all construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec

    • Direct and mentor a crew of 4+ and coordinate subcontractors on-site

    • Oversee structural concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing

    • Maintain a strong safety culture by modeling best practices and enforcing safety policies

    • Forecast crew and equipment needs, and proactively order materials to avoid delays

    • Conduct weekly planning meetings to stay on schedule and within budget

    • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment

    • Keep a clean, organized job site and complete tasks systematically

    • Submit daily reports, timesheets, equipment logs, and diaries promptly

    • Manage company tools, vehicles, and rental equipment with care

    • Collaborate with other foremen, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction

    • Identify potential hazards (e.g., fall protection, excavation risks) and take corrective action

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Foreman, specifically in bridge construction

    • Proven expertise with structural concrete, including formwork, pours, and finishes

    • Strong leadership experience managing crews of 4+ on large-scale projects

    • Skilled at reading blueprints, schedules, and project specifications

    • Committed to job-site safety and knowledgeable in OSHA standards

    • Proficient in keeping accurate records and submitting reports

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Willingness to take on additional duties as needed
