    We are currently looking for an experienced, talented and passionate Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

    Answer all vendor inquiries

    Assign general ledger account codes to invoices

    Prepare and process checks and other disbursements for multiple companies

    Audit and verify expense reports

    Reconcile vendor statements and invoices

    Process and follow-up on rush items

    Assemble and process overnight shipments to branches

    Perform filing, copying, and scanning of vendor invoices

    Other Ad Hoc duties and responsibilities as needed

    Required Skills

    3-5 years of experience in accounts payable. Healthcare experience is a plus

    Proficiency in Excel and Great Plains is highly preferred

    Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner

    Must be detail-oriented, accuracy is important

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Excellent organizational and analytical skills

    Great customer service skills are a must
